| Where
do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within the Beltway. If you're outside of this area, please consider having us deliver your meals to your office within the Beltway.
Can I make special requests?
We welcome any request for alternative ingredients
but unfortunately we cannot honor all requests, especially if it’s
for an ingredient that would compromise the whole dish. The meals are
made in large batches so it is not always easy to accommodate one person.
But please let us know and we’ll see what we can do. If you do have
a serious food allergy, our services might not be for you. We share a
kitchen, so we can’t always know what has been in and out of the
kitchen prior to our use of it and for those with serious allergies to
food, that can make a difference.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Urban Tastes is a great
gift to give to new parents and busy professionals. To purchase a gift card online, please go to the menu page or
email us at info@urbantastes.com.
How big are the portions?
The meals are for a single person though some people find the meals big enough to share. Generally, a starch
is included in the meal. See this week’s menu
page for more detailed information. If you feel that you might not
be satisfied, there are three sides you can add to your order.
Do you offer customized menus?
Yes. Urban Tastes has recently begun offering customized menus for people who would like to lose weight or who want specific types of meals. Please contact us at info@urbantastes.com for more details.
Do you offer desserts?
Yes. Each week we offer a different dessert for those
of you with a sweet tooth. All desserts
are made in the Urban Tastes kitchen.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a $7 delivery fee for each day you have meals delivered.
I’m planning a dinner party
and don’t want to cook. Can you help?
Yes. Choose from the week’s offerings
as usual and call or email us at info@urbantastes.com
with your requests.
How long will the food
last in my refrigerator?
We recommend that you only order two to three
days’ worth of food or, if you buy more, freeze any extras. |
