Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within the Beltway.

When do you deliver?
We deliver every Tuesday  between the hours of one and seven o’clock.  If there is inclement weather on your delivery day, we will deliver the following day (Wednesday). You will receive an email notification if this happens.

Is there a commitment?
No.  Unlike many other meal delivery services, there is no commitment.  You can order week-to-week.

Are the meals cooked?
Yes, the meals are freshly cooked.  All you have to do is reheat them!  We will email you reheating instructions on the day of your delivery.

Can I make special requests?
We welcome any request for alternative ingredients but unfortunately we cannot honor all requests, especially if it’s for an ingredient that would compromise the whole dish. The meals are made in large batches so it is not always easy to accommodate one person. But please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

I have food allergies.  Can I still order?
Please let us know in advance if you have food allergies.  If they are severe, please be aware that we prepare our food in a kitchen that makes everything.

How big are the portions?
As of October 3rd 2011, all meals will be packaged as ‘family-style’.  Family-style dinners are meant to serve 4 and do include a side of your choosing.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a $5 delivery fee.

How long will the food last in my refrigerator?
The food will last 2-3 days in the refrigerator.

Can I use the gift certificate I have for Urban Tastes Home? 
Gift certificates can only be redeemed for meal delivery.
